Diana came to the United States when she was 12 years old and was fascinated by the way the American culture celebrated events. With so much thought given to even the smallest details, and not just the food, but the decorations, what people wear, and how the visitors are greeted. The way family and friends come together for special occasions was truly captivating. Since a young age, Diana’s mom always put together family dinners and parties to celebrate the smallest achievements in their family and the love of creating something special and seeing smiles on people’s faces eventually grew into something bigger. Diana believes that happiness is found in the little things in life, that’s why you will often find her cooking something special in the kitchen or decorating her apartment that she shares with her husband for the upcoming holidays. Diana believes that “Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away”.
